Mariana Villar

(Undergraduate Research) Mariana graduated in Economics from the Universidade Cândido Mendes in 1996 and is currently pursuing a degree in Neuroscience at PUC-Rio, where she is in her seventh semester. She worked for over 15 years in the financial market and holds certifications in photography and graphic design from Escola Panamericana de Artes, in São Paulo. Since August 2023, she has been participating in scientific research in the Methods and Measurements Laboratory at PUC-Rio and, since August 2024, has been interning at the Social Psychology Laboratory at the same university. She has an interest in quantitative methods and psychometrics, focusing on the application of analytical techniques to the study of human behavior.
